We are asked all the time if the parent needs to stay during practice and play. The rule of thumb is: If your child is old enough to maneuver around the facility without an adult then you do not need to stay. Example: if we are out on the driving range and your 8 yr old needs to go to the bathroom. They would need to be able to cross the parking lot to and from alone as we do not have enough instructors to leave the group and supervise. Also on play days, if they get done early or we cancel due to lightning, are they able to wait for you alone? Once play is over with, or instruction is over with or cancel due to weather, we do not monitor your child and we do not accept responsibility for them. We do not monitor who your child leaves with.

3 hole players: 3:00-5:30 pm
Tuesday Check In Policy:
All players check in AT LEAST 30 minutes prior to your tee time. Everyone checks in, in the Pro Shop.
After you check in and get your range balls if you want to warm up make sure you have:
3 golf balls minimum
tees (at least one tee for every hole you play)
go to bathroom if needed.
Then hit range balls or chip and putt to warm up before play.
Tuesday Play - 6, 9 & 18 hole players:
Report to the front of the Pro Shop or putting green area 10 minutes prior to your tee time. You will be called to the tee box from that area. Sitting on the patio is not close enough to hear us call you to the tee box so you may miss your tee time.
Players can carry or have pull carts for your golf bags but motorized carts are not allowed unless there is an adult driver. 9 and 18 hole players must walk at all times.
Tuesday Play - 3 hole players:
You can also warm up but must be under the patio area 15 minutes prior to your tee time.
We will always be looking to get your child on the course as early as possible to avoid afternoon storms.
All players can carry or have pull carts for your golf bags but motorized carts are not allowed unless an adult is driving.
6 & 9 Hole players:
We use the double par rule.
After you have received a double par, you pick up your ball and move to the next
hole. Mark that hole on your score card with a small x so we know you picked up.
Friends & Parents
Friends of players are not allowed on the course with the players on Tuesdays.
Parents of the 3 and 6 hole players may accompany the kids on the course.
Parents of the 9 & 18 hole players may go on the course to watch but may not talk to or help in any way and should stay 30 yards away from the players.
